Curently in the United States there is a strong sentiment against
Adult Adoptees. Adoptees wanting equal treatment of the state, federal and international laws that work against adopted children and adults from protection and exploitation in child trafficking.
The United States citizens are given protections, privileges, Civil rights that are not granted to second class people of illegitimate birth. The Bill of Rights of the United States Constitution freely grants protections to non-human corporate entities, Yet the freedoms produced by inalienable rights are denied to the children of irresponsible parents. Adopted children and adults do not receive the promise of domestic tranquility enjoyed by all other citizens.
How long will we illegitimate's bear the shame from the transgressions of others, who stripped our lives of dignity,
hope or promise.            

Our society creates laws that punish the second generation
offspring, where the adulterer's is rewarded with freedom,
and the child is marked for a substandard life.  

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.

Discrimination, according to Merriam Webster’s dictionary, is the process by which two stimuli differing in some aspect are responded to differently.
 This term is used to highlight the difference of treatment between members of different groups when one group is intentionally singled out and treated worse, or not given the same opportunities. As attitudes towards minorities started to change the term discrimination came to be used to talk about the issue. Over the years many forms of discrimination have come to be recognized including racial, gender, and sexual orientation.

In some places, controversial attempts such as quotas or affirmative action have been used to benefit those believed to be current or past victims of discrimination—but have sometimes been called reverse discrimination themselves.

The child is four years old for all eternity. The mother says she loves you over and over again like a sick mantra. She can only say she loves you as you are a small ignorant child, incapable of understanding the world.
The dominating mother will destroy any resistance she sees in her forever child, thinking her love is enough for you in life. The
mother's narcissistic control holds the child's emotional identity as a psychological hostage and life-term prisoner. She controls the child's memory, views and opinions to verbally or physically correct the nonsense when spoken.  She states repeatedly that she has people everywhere watching you, and they report to her your behavior and the things that you say. She reminds you that what you say always comes back to her and causes her grief, disappointment and anger at your lack of respect.

She illustrates through the lives of well-known authors the lingering effects of abuse, after studying their writings and other resources.
Miller's theory is grounded in the principle that early abuse by a parent often causes a disconnection between a child's experience and the consciousness of it. Her theory is that as long as the conscious mind has not validated the true experience, the body will manifest this truth, revealing it through symptoms or illnesses. The cure - for both psychoemotional and physical ills - is to bring the conscious mind and the body's memory into congruence through validation. Validation may be simply the individual acknowledging what truly happened or having an outside witness provide validation.

The ignorant parents use of anger, force and intimidation to punish their bad child is the most common type of Domestic Violence. The child victims of domestic violence, child neglect and psychological abuse are at the mercy of the parent perpetrator.

In American society, we have a bad history of denial when it relates to children and the parents that beat them.
In 2013 we are not direct about who is responsible for
the outcome of the problems created by society.

This recent law going through legislature is not realistic and seems obsolete as anyone in this situation would get a restraining order if threatened. The bill is designed for greater
penalties to the perpetrator after an incident has occurred.

Under legislation sponsored by Assembly Republican Deputy Whip Nancy F. Muñoz and approved today by the Assembly Judiciary Committee, adoptive parents would receive protection as domestic violence victims if the perpetrator is a person who gave up parental rights to the adopted child.
The bill, A-781, amends the definition of “victim of domestic violence” in the “Prevention of Domestic Violence Act of 1991” to include any parent of an adopted child who has been subjected to domestic violence by a person whose parental rights towards the adopted child have been terminated. It permits a parent of an adopted child to avail himself or herself of the protections afforded by the “Prevention of Domestic Violence Act of 1991.”

Betty Jean Lifton was born to an unmarried couple on June 11, 1926 in Staten Island, NY. Her 17-year-old birth mother eventually gave the baby up to a foster home. At two and a half, she was adopted by a Cincinnati couple, Oscar and Hilda Kirschner, who renamed her Betty Jean. When the little girl was 7, Hilda Kirschner informed her that she was adopted, and told her the story so common at the time — that her birth parents were dead. Betty Jean Kirschner earned a bachelor’s degree in English from Barnard College in 1948; four years later, she married psychiatrist Robert Jay Lifton, author of influential books on the psychological impact of war and the Holocaust. B.J, Lifton was best known as the author of three classic works about adoption and its psychological impact: Twice Born: Memoirs of an Adopted Daughter(1975); Lost and Found: The Adoption Experience (1979), and Journey of the Adopted Self: A Quest for Wholeness (1994). As the New York Times wrote when she died, her “searing condemnations of the secrecy that traditionally shrouded adoption became touchstones for adoptees throughout the world.”

9. The chances of incarceration as adults 64%.
10. The Risk of suicide in Adoptees 29%.
If any person truly wants what is best for a child they must strive to achieve it.
No second choice adoption is better than a parents connection.
Economic challenges are temporary.
Money does not make a happy baby.
To give away your child will warp your long life.
Buying Babies is morally wrong, Adopting orphans in need of families is noble.

When the task of developing an integrated sense of
self is complicated by either a missing frame of reference
or by the existence of two competing backgrounds,
a person’s identity may become fragmented.
Resulting in the formation of an adopted self (Lifton,1990). 
Adoptees are often implicitly encouraged,
either by the biases conveyed through the closed
adoption system or by the unspoken pressures create 
by their adoptive parents’ insecurities, to deny the
part of themselves that comes from their birth family.
This results in a kind of splitting of the self into two
other selves: the false self and the forbidden self. The
false self is the part that pretends to have been born
into the adoptive family and rejects the importance of
a birth heritage. The forbidden self is that part that
still longs for the truth in its quest for an authentic
consolidation of identity (Lifton, 1990).
The Created Meaning of Adoption: Good

Much of the adoption literature and research that is
available focuses on the way that this population differs
from the general public in terms of mental health,
social adjustment, and life cycle transitions.

Adopted Parents in the media are always free from blame
no matter the circumstances. The Adopted child is the
convenient scapegoat for all wrongdoing and evil behavior.
 In Reality the adopted child is a product being sought through
the buying power of greedy American consumers.
Trans-racial and cultural international adoption studies and outcomes proves negative outcomes in adult adoptees.
The usual adoption of a non-orphaned child is based on greed
and selfish need by adopting parents. The child who's parents
are not dead is not in need of new parents. If children were
given non-biased legal representation outside of the adoption
triad, Many questions would be asked in inquiry of the facts.
Adopting parents can legally buy children and return them for
being inadequate in mental or physical health, or failure to bond.

The assessment of the adopting parent's parenting styles and expectations that are not fitting the mold of the mid to upper class American lifestyles.
The vision of the perfect child and what it means to be obedient children is not a realistic expectation of any child. The real life
of a child is their development of independence through the nurturing and assistance of loving parents. The pipe dreams of adopting parents is physically and mentally not something that can be expected. Can not be enforced or demanded. As most
adopters want a baby, and the child to remain an infant forever
in the ideal of the adopter.
The objectification of adopted children adopted by narcissistic mothers is common place and expected maltreatment by these
poor examples of parents.
The procedure of erasing a child's identity and creating a false
identity where adopters force the child to adhere to the new set
of expectations. The adopted child will submit to the pseudo identity until the period of independence and identity building,
known as adolescence. This period is where adopting parents find resistance in there adopted child, when the child attempts to assert themselves in to adulthood. The adopting parents simply can not accept all the work they have attempted and the child becomes who they were all along. This is mutiny and will not be tolerated! Nature will always prevail over adoption's nurture, and the adopting parents will fight the dual personality to the death. The adopting parents refuse to allow the true person to emerge despite all the financial liability and efforts to change the child into the vision of who they wanted the adopted child to be.
AS the adopted child is bound by their genetic biology and eventually will allow that personality to emerge inspite of the threats of banishment by the adopting parents.
